Investigate all unlawful EU Vote Activity
Potentially unlawful acts by UK nationals and foreign entities affected the EU referendum vote outcome, meaning the vote was not free and fair.
We cannot make binding decisions based on a referendum that is not free and fair: Before any irreversible decision is made to leave the European Union, it must be clearly established that the vote was free and fair: Any UK nationals or Foreign entities who took unlawful actions that might have swayed the vote must be fully investigated, reports published and prosecutions initiated.
