Tower Hamlets authority law enforcement tackle the drug dealing/using problems.
Residents and local business initiative to get the community together and expose the increased drug problem to local authorities aiming solutions for more efficient law-enforcement against Anti-Social behaviour and the growing health problems affecting the community in special Palmers Road E2 .
