Introduce a universal test for job applicants to do instead of competency based.
A universal test which covers personality, scenarios etc for job applicants to carry out at interviews. Competency based questions are not a measurement of an applicants potential, and for this reason job applicants miss out on employment. A PC based test can measure potential more accurately.

We understand that you feel competency-based questions do not treat applicants fairly. However, we are not sure what action you would like the UK Government or Parliament to take. The UK Government and Parliament is not responsible for the questions employers set in job interviews.
You could start a new petition asking the Government to pass a law setting standards for recruitment processes if that is something you would like to see.
