Give the self employed the right to negotiate their own tax payment terms

Additional Information

As a self employed person what contract do you have with the government that allows them to effectively be a silent partner in your business? Take monies from you and use it to buy things that you either do not agree with or find morally corupt. Each individual should be allowed to set out thier own terms for paying tax.
