Travellers only allowed to stay on regulated sites

Additional Information

All travellers must be restricted to regulated sites. Travellers must not be allowed to camp on any unregulated site on land, public, private or roadside. Any that try to do this must be prosecuted by the police and moved from the unofficial site.
