Let people 17 and over get tattoos with parental consent

Petition Details

This petition is to let people get tattoos at the age of 17 with parental consent. Some people get tattoos when drunk. This would not be the case if it was made so that 17 year olds needed parental consent. They wouldn't be drunk with their parents so I think it would be perfectly reasonable.
