Petition Action

Introduce a compulsory class in schools about bullying and it’s consequences

Petition Details

Bullying needs to stop. Children becoming depressed, self harming, committing suicide; all because of the actions of others whether it be mental abuse physical abuse or a mix of both. These are CHILDREN! Change needs to happen and this is exactly what I’m going to try to achieve.

Additional Information

This is a society where bullying is rife, innocent children are self harming and committing suicide. Daily reports and yet we do not seem to be gaining any ground in preventing/stopping it. Let's make the government ensure that every school has an anti-bullying campaign and support in place along with harsher punishments for the actual bullies. Let’s get them to implement a class focused on teaching children about bullying and it’s consequences, make it a permanent part of the school curriculum
