Reduce the rent increases and make rented accommodation more affordable
It has been announced in recent weeks that the privately rented accommodation costs has been rising to the highest point in decades. It is predicted that within five years rent will increase on average by 15% whilst the average wage will not increase as much which will increase homelessness.
