To certificate television adverts during afternoon and prime time viewing.
Many channels during afternoon Prime time t.v know that families will be sitting down together. The charities and ad agencies know this and use this chance to create emotional blackmail.
The type of adverts that are typically shown are unicef, water aid, save the children, oxfam, rspca and many others.
