Make criminals clean the street
With councils have to cut back we will see town centres looking unkempt. This could be from excess weeds, litter and vandalism. A way to save money and install some work ethic is to make petty criminals clean our town centres. This would keep people out of jail for small crimes and allow our town centres to stay tidy. It may also put some pride back in to the criminals. This would be cost effective!
