Make parking in a disabled bay on private land without a Blue Badge illegal.

Petition Details

Unlike on-street Blue Badge parking bays it is not a criminal offence to use disabled parking bays on private land without a valid Blue Badge. The law needs to be changed so that offenders can be fined and/or points added to their license. This will prevent misuse in places like supermarkets.
