Justice for cats Make it law to report hitting a cat

I lost my cat a few years ago to a taxi car speeding down my road my road s a no through road) he new he had hit her but carried on to collect his ride. On the way back acknowledging he knew he hit her and left the seen. If she was a dog she would have had rights but cats don’t. Justice for cats.

Additional Information

I love my cats as much as I loved my dog.
