Revoke businesses license that do not pay full amount due in tax!

Additional Information

Any business that does not pay the full amount due in tax. I.E. Vodafone £6billion using excuses such as off shore accounts. Were it can be shown without any doubt they have bent the rules should have their operating license removed.
