Change the CMS definition of full time education to include degree level.

Petition Details

Currently the provisions state that maintenance is paid until the child is 16 or until 20 if the child continues in full time education BUT ONLY to the end of ‘A’ levels or equivalent. This needs to change to support our children going on to advanced education ie university to include degree level
