Petition Action

Take immediate action on the International Panel on Climate Change report.

Petition Details

The IPCC has released its report, showing any temperature rise above 1.5C will be catastrophic. Millions would be at risk of flooding and the coral reef would be wiped out. The government needs to take action to limit rise to 1.5C, such as lifestyle education and a move to 85% renewables by 2050.

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what action you would like the Government or Parliament to take.
