Introduce a four day working week and three day weekend
People are working more and more hours, massively contributing to a mental health crisis in the UK. Morale of British workforces across all industries and sectors is at an all-time low.
If we moved to a three-day weekend, people would be much more productive during working hours, resulting in a happier and an equally (if not, more) productive nation. With Brexit on the horizon, this could be a huge incentive for the 48% who voted to remain.
