I have investigated the new emerging smart motorways across the UK and their use of variable speed limits & legend signs. I believe they are being misused and are causing a nuisance to drivers. The new system does not work, is chaotic & has major fallacies. The law harms innocent drivers.

I have gathered a massive volume of evidence specifically in researching & investigating the Police, Highways & Council departments for required work I needed to perform for this petition. The work is conducted & directed by me in support of my right to petition."
