Encourage the public to reduce meat and dairy to tackle climate change.
Following the recent report from the IPCC it is now the final call for us to keep global temperatures from rising above 1.5 degrees to avoid climate catastrophe. The biggest way to reduce our environmental impact is to consume less meat and dairy but government pressure is vital to achieve this.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to ask the UK Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you would like the UK Government to encourage people to eat less meat and dairy, but we are not sure what action you would like it to take to achieve this.
You could start a new petition setting out clearly what you would like the UK Government or Parliament to do.
