Place speeding measures outside Asterdale Primary School, Spondon
The school is on the slip road from the a52 towards Derby.
During school drop off and collection times 8.45-9.00am. And 3.15-3.30pm. The road can be a very dangerous place due to parked cars.
There are no speed measures in place to slow cars down coming off the A52.
Parents of the school are wanting speed measures in place outside the school to make drivers aware of children crossing.
There are no zebra crossings, no speed signs, nothing. It is very dangerous for children who are on the way home or to school.
We need help to get support for something to be done before another child gets seriously hurt. Next time they may not be as lucky.
