Ensure all bicycles are subject to a road licence fund and insurance.
Majority of vehicles on the road pay some form of licence fund.
Roads are constantly adapted for cyclists, so it’s only fair cyclists should pay towards the adaptation as well as a pay some form insurance as you would in a car.
By introducting a form of road licence fund for cyclists would help add additional funds towards the repair, maintenance and adaptations of the UK’s roads.
