Stop the change in shopping hours at McArthurGlen's outlets
McArthurGlen's outlets are pushing for earlier starts and later finishes.
It started in the summer months when they opened an hour earlier and now have plans to continue it in November and even talks about making it permanent working hours.
Earlier starts and later finishes is harder on family especially those with young children. If they don't have family or friends to help out with children they will have to pay more expensive child care cost. Parents will be missing out on hearing about their child's day, family time, putting children to bed and more.
As some stores require staff to be there outside opening hours it could be quite late before they get home especially if they are taking public transport.
