Cyclists required to pay road tax and be insured the same as cars and motorbikes
Cyclists use the roads the same as any other vehicle, so should be required to pay road tax and have insurance.
We should not have different rules, they the roads, they should pay tax, they also cause accidents, so they should have insurance.
