Introduce hypothecated tax to support NHS by regulated distribution of cannabis.
The NHS needs far more money funded from central government in order to continue to provide for everyone's physical and mental health needs in the U.K.
Evidence from some states in the US including Colorado demonstrate that legislative amendments regarding cannabis have produce substantial revenue.
Colorado has an geographical area similar to the United Kingdom with a population of 5 million, similar in size to Scotland. The Colorado Department of Revenue began collecting data in February 2014. In 2017 over $247 Million was raised. The total economic impact has been calculated at over $1.5 Billion.
