Decriminalise the recreational use and production of cannabis throughout the UK.
The legal and moral stance of recreational marijuana has been the subject of constant debate for the past 50 years. Due to the recent legalisation of cannabis throughout Canada, and the new medical laws surrounding the drug in the UK, it is felt that it’s legal position should be reconcidered.
The legalisation of recreational Cannabis throughout the entirety of Canada, along with lax laws in several states in America, along with several other countries throughout the world. Along with the recent medical breakthroughs in the UK surrounding the drug, most recently the legalisation of medical cannabis due to the needs of Billy Caldwell, a child who suffers from epilepsy who uses the drug to suppress his condition.
