Convert tractors to snow ploughs in the winter to keep British roads clear

Additional Information

Every year British roads grind to a halt due to snow fall, costing British businesses millions of pounds and causing endangerment and inconvenience to the British public. We call upon the Government to hire and convert agricultural tractors to snow ploughs in the event of snowfall in order to keep British roads moving.
