WW1 - WADHURST COMMEMORATION HALL FACES DEMOLITION BY The Building Of Health Centre,Car Park & Housing,& new Community Centre. WW1 Commemoration Hall built by public donation in commemoration of those soldiers that died on fields of France & Belgium in WW1, on land given to the WADHURST Community.

Additional Information

a Hall & Field Committee today has run rough shod over the Community, in an idea to demolish the Commemoration Hall to build a Health Centre, car park and Community Centre and Housing in it's place on also adjoining land to the Commemoration Hall. Doing away with a Community football pitch, cricket ground and bowls club.
