Petition for the taxpayer not to make a loss on the bank bailouts

Additional Information

With the news that Northern Rock is to be sold at a loss to the taxpayer, we petition the government to ensure that the remaining bank assets are not sold at a loss and that at the very least the taxpayer breaks even, including interest.
