Abolish Road Fund Licence and link cost to Fuel cost at pump.
Abolish the road fund and link the cost to the price of fuel at the pumps. That way those who use the roads most will pay more. Those that use the roads the least like OAPs and generally those who can least afford it etc will pay the least.
