Revoke Northern's (Arriva UK Trains) franchise and put it out to tender.
Failed timetable changes in May, frequently cancelled and delayed trains, poor customer service, lack of facilities on trains (restaurant) and the proposals to remove guards from trains means customers are getting poor value for money and a service not fit for purpose.
