Make it statutory that dogs dna can collected so that councils can fine owners

Petition Details

Dog mess is causing a huge issue in our community by those owners who don’t clear up after their dogs faeces. It’s already illegal to not clear up after them however you have to be caught in the act. Let’s empower our environmental officers to deal with this ever growing issue.
