Set a law or license for owning an animal due to animal cruelty.
Recently there had been lots of incidents of inhumane animal treatment that is appalling and needs to stop immediately. All over social media, there are stories about young adults how abuse animals for fun and ruin the community by the distress it can have on younger viewer if they were to see it.
At a big company pets at home, the required age to buy a pet is 18, but an age doesn’t depend or rely on whether they can care and support the pet. There should be stricter enforcements on buying a pet as well as breeding cats and dogs should be done through a license to stop irresponsible individuals purchasing pets to not care for.
