Make it illegal for under 16's to have internet access on their mobile phones!
Children exposed to pornography at 9, cyber bullying see evidence link. Teenagers committing suicide because of cyber bullying, outrageous! They need constant supervision with the internet! It is far too dangerous and the safety of our children is the most important. It goes beyond parents control.

I will give my daughter a cell phone when she is in year 6 and practising getting to school on her own ready for high school, but it will not have access to the internet, thats not going to stop other children who do have internet access from showing her inappropriate pictures or posting things about her though is it! For this to stop it needs to be illegal. They do not need internet access!
