Petition Action

Health Trust and Boards in Northern Ireland review why we as a society have no right of appeal in place for life extending drugs denials.

Additional Information

I would like immediate action on the change or amendment of Exceptional Circumstances cases within the Health Trust/Board of Northern Ireland, currently we have no right of appeal against decisions made on life extending drugs..yet England have a right of appeal, again we are seeing the differences made, who justifies these differences and who is given the right to implement them...life extending drugs decisions should be left to the patient to decide.
