Making the minimum and living wage the same for all ages.
People that are 18 or 60 do exactly the same job. Those who are 18 and over are looking to move out of their parents house, save up for a car, pay for insurance etc. Which is sky high for teenagers.
We do exactly the same job wether we are 18 or 60. Somewhere like retail will always pay bad but if you're in the same job role and getting laid differently just because of your age gap it's wrong.
