Introduce a license for the use of fireworks banning them outside of displays.
Every year fireworks are becoming increasingly used to insight fear into ordinary people going about their daily lives. The Independant use of fireworks should be prohibited confining them to official public displays via a license. This would reduce anti-social behaviour and air pollution immensely.
