Pension age should be coming down not going up, It’s not rocket science,
Skills can be passed on to the younger generation, so they have the experience, knowledge & capability to do the work confidently.
Surely this makes sense to the whole world,
Young people need employment & older generation need to enjoy retirement whilst their still active.
