Under the age of 18 you should be charged child prices on public transport
As a 16 year old attending sixth form college 5 days a week, and getting the train to and from everyday, I do not understand why I should be charged double the price for an adult ticket when I am still legally considered a child and legally have to go to college.
Also, members of staff do not believe your age when you are under 16 due to the fact that you have no I.D to prove your age. They will hassle you to find out your age, which wouldn't be an issue if the age of an adult was 18 because you can get I.D, for example a drivers licence.
