Stop organised fireworks near stables, kennels, livestock, rescue centres
Being a kennel owner, livestock owner and farm it is very concerning watching our animals shake in terror when the fireworks are let off in organised fireworks display next door at sports clubs.
planning should be a condition of these fireworks displays so the area around can be assessed!

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand you are concerned about fireworks displays but we are not sure what action you would like the UK Government or Parliament to take.
Local authorities can already refuse permission for an organised fireworks display if could cause a public nuisance.
You could start a new petition calling for permission to be automatically refused if it is within a specified distance of animal living spaces.
