Get MP Giles Watling to Resign his Seat on Tendring District Council.
Giles Watling is the MP for Clacton, But still has a seat on the Tendring District Council. Surely he should concentrate on one position alone, and give some other local the chance to represent the local Government.
He's never available when you need him, so he needs to cut down his workload.

In any case, this would a personal decision for the MP concerned and not the UK Government or Parliament.
