Ban the use of banging fireworks. Enforce the sale of silent fireworks.
Year on year i watch my own dog go through stages of fear due to fireworks banging at all times of the day and night. Italy uses silent fireworks and i would like them introduced here so that people can still have fun, the stress would then be removed for our animals and elderly.
