Prevent companies paying dividends to shareholders unless all employees are paid the living wage
This measure would allow smaller companies to grow, increase the amount of income tax paid, reduce workers dependency on state benefits and reduce tax avoidance schemes
The recent rise in the living wage will only affect 180000 UK citizens
