Legalise the use of silent fireworks only
Fireworks are getting louder. Each year animals are dying through fear. They are very pretty to watch. So if the only fireworks that can be used are silent ones, animals wouldn’t die.
I have seen so many upsetting posts on social media of animals being scared to death.
