Limit the ability of Trade Unions to call for strikes, particularly on transport
Trade unions representing public transport (specifically Rail and underground) are increasingly using ‘strike’ as a means to hold the UK and Govt to ransom.
The impact in 2018 alone is immeasurable and the Govt needs to review the Trade Union laws to prevent ‘stikes’ being so easily held.
Recent Central Line strike (Nov 2018) was over a single employee and the impact was to over 100,000 commuters.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the UK Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you would like to limit the ability of trade unions to strike on transport, but we are not sure what changes to the law you would like to see.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
You will need to give your full name in order to start a new petition.
