Make sure all plastic placed into recycling bins is actually recycled and resold
Not all plastic placed in recycling bins is actually recycled- we should change that. Instead of leaving it in our oceans to pollute animals, we should melt it down and sell it to global companies. These companies will then pay less tax but will help clean up our oceans by reusing it.
