Make it illegal to set off fireworks unless it's Bonfire Night or New Years Eve

Petition Details

Animals are frightened for nights on end due to regulation regarding when you can set of fireworks. Every year the amount of days people set them off for gets longer. We need to put the animals, that cannot speak for themselves, first and only set them off on two nights of the year.
