Stop third party companies charging silly fees in new housing developments
When new developments are built ensure full completion from house developers, including surfacing of roads and landscaping. Ensure that developers do not seek third party companies to charge for maintenance of landscape, without fully exploring road adoption first.
If roads and landscape are not adopted in housing developments, usually developers hand it over to third party companies to maintain, and they are not governed by any legislation enabling them to charge expensive and unreasonable costs to residents per year.
