At this moment fireworks can legally be sold by retail outlets to any person over the age of 18. As usual this leads to them being used on our public streets and highways throughout most of October and November,causing serious distress to animals and vulnerable people'

Additional Information

This year ( 2018 ) has been particularly bad. Some people have been badly injured,properties have been raised to the ground,emergency services including the police attacked,A&E departments put under strain and some vulnerable people have been driven to despair. It has to stop
