Make it an offence for a cyclist not use use a cyclepath when one is provided
It seems crazy to me that in this health and safety conscious society that cyclists are allowed to put themselves in unnecessary danger by not being compelled to use cycle paths where they are provided.
It's just common sense that everyone should do their best and if so be compelled to keep themselves as safe as possible when cycling.
