Outlaw the excessive noise levels that are associated with fireworks.
The use of fireworks goes on from Halloween, through to Guy Fawkes, Diwali and New Year. It causes stress to so many people and animals.
Fireworks are beautiful and it is possible to still enjoy seeing fireworks without the loud bangs.
The explosions that are part of many firework displays are uncomfortably loud to humans and are very often terrifying to animals who suffer as a result.The bangs are not a necessary
