Raise the minimum wage for those working between 9pm and 7am to £14 p/h
Workers of late shifts—which have been proven to have detrimental effects on health—are increasingly common, and these workers are being exploited.
Tesco—who made a £1·6bl profit last quarter—pay staff near minimum wage to work until midnight. Clubs hire 18–21-year-olds at £5.60/h till 5.The real living wage in the U.K. is nearly £10/h: https://bbc.in/2JGrY0b This work is unhealthy and those employed deserve compensation.
